What a learning expertise! In May well I ordered an S107 from (one more reseller right here) but it arrived "dead on arrival" (couldn't power the remote, also had visible develop flaws - and several other Amazon reviewers mentioned theirs were DOA, also). Amazon's buyer protection is amazing: I packed up the defect, printed return label, sent back, complete refund. Yet, I knew others were enjoying their Syma copters and I saw entertaining internet vids showing S107 in action - fabulous flights.
Worth a retry! Jaded but smarter, I searched enthusiasts' blogs. One photo-packed blog claimed some counterfeit S107s were getting sold but they advised choosing from Amazon reseller "Superstition Hobbies" who sells the genuine Syma products and replacement parts. I took the bait, ordered this paired set from that reseller (plus spare rotor blades which I know can sooner or later wear a bit).
Good results! Two beautiful S107s, fly beautifully, have tremendous make excellent, excellent power, nicely maneuverable as they hover, turn, fly. The discounted cost is fairly very affordable, and it really is excellent to have a pair so I can recharge a single, though flying the other.
Within weeks I purchased a third (as a gift) from Superstition Hobbies. Tested excellent! I know my pal will enjoy it.
