I received these items, and they looked like they were in fantastic shape originally, then I started noticing some issues...like the color. They are yellow, but they are a completely different yellow than what is implemented on the yellow Syma S107 helicopter. I haven't checked the balance bar, but I did notice that the rotor blades seem a great deal more flimsy than the original blades on the S107 I just bought. Also, beware the seller "Dollar Deal Wholesale Inc"...my components had been sent to me in a standard ten envelope. No padding, nothing to avoid damage, just a plain envelope that had "Do Not Bend" stamped on it. And yes, the envelope had been bent on its way to me. It looks like these are affordable knock-offs, not Syma replacement components.
The replacement components arrived incredibly rapidly. The only concern is that the Balance Bar is not the proper one particular, and does not works. Initially, it is unbalanced. Also it is supposed to fit in the helicopters head, but it does not... it gets loose really rapid. The blades and other components are okay.
