Service was great. Product was poor. Very first battery overheaded when charged and employed. Complained and got a replacement. Second battery would not take a full charge immediately after initially use. Throw each away and chaulked it up to bad encounter. No require in bothering with a third.

Battery is for an rc helicopter have not had to use it however but battery is new so hopefully we will have no concerns with it
